1. RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
- Ddukushop shall reserve the right for a buyer to return all eligible item(s) within three (3) days from the date of delivery after which the right to return ceases.
- Where the item(s) purchased are clothes, the right to return ONLY arises when the tags have not been removed from the cloth(es).
- The return process shall be by personally dropping off the item at the Ddukushop offices.
- The buyer shall be reimbursed upon acceptance of the returned item(s) by ddukushop at ddukushop offices.
